Back in late January of this year, I had undertaken a major surgical operation. After a period of a month of post surgical recovery, it was time to start looking for a rehab/training program that would rebuild my flexibility, mobility and return my range of motion. We first met through a mutual friend and I got to learn about Devid and his approach to training, recovery and how to rebuild one's body post surgery. I shared with Devid the procedure I had, what the doctors prescribed for milestones for me to reach, and more. Devid came back a week later with a program that was targeted to my recovery. We started in March and in just 8 short weeks, I am back to full range of mobility, flexibility, and re-building my strength and the best part, I lost 9kg's while working with Devid.
